Shipping & Returns

How will my package be delivered?

Our couriers are Royal Mail, Business Post and FedEx and all of our products are shipped out via 1st class recorded delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and are added at checkout, where applicable.

How long will it take to receive my purchases?

Everything is sent first class and in 90% of cases will arrive next day if ordered before 1pm (BST).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however the cost of shipping internationally is reflected accurately in the shipping charges. We will in general ship worldwide, however due to issues with fraud we currently do not ship to certain non EU countries.

My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If an order has not been received after 7 days (unless otherwise indicated), please contact our sales team, who will investigate on your behalf.

What is your returns policy?

We operate under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This entitles customers to return goods for whatever reason within seven days of receipt. All our products are insured during transit and any damaged or faulty goods can be replaced, refunded or exchanged directly through us. In addition to this we operate an extended thirty day return policy (from the date the item is delivered) in the event that a customer does not like the product or feels that it is not for them. Items can be returned to us within this extended period as long as all retail packing is unopened, and the appropriate seals are intact.

If a return is necessary then simply email our returns department with the order number and reason for return (you can locate the relevant order number in 'show all orders' under My Account). We will then issue you with an 'RMA' (customer return) number, as appropriate, to display on the parcel when it is shipped back.

Do I have to pay to return items?

Yes, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any return postage, except where the goods are damaged in transit or are faulty.
